The village potter in Khera Deo Garh, near Chhatra Sagar, shares his craft with us as we creates vessels for water and everyday use. His wife will later decorate each pot and deliver them to each household in the village.

It is my great pleasure to work with Fabio Picchi, the chef, owner, and genius behind the culinary kingdom of Cibreo in Florence, Italy. Cibreo has been a point of reference for me for the past 20 years of coming to Italy.
Carlos peddles up with his son and several choice Mexican snacks. He has freshly steamed green chili tamales and these chilled mango ‘flowers’ which he cuts on the spot. He rubs them with lemon, dusts them with cayenne and a pinch of salt. It reminds me of the beach vendors in Mexico, right here on the streets of Longmont, Colorado.
