PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We do our utmost to ensure product photography and descriptions are as accurate as possible but please bear in mind digital devices such as computers, mobile phones and tablets do not always accurately show the color and texture of a piece and the actual item may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Many of our rugs are vintage, so please note that there may be imperfections which contribute to the character of these beautiful pieces. All dimensions are approximate. PAYMENTS
All goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made securely through PayPal, who accept major credit and debit cards.
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are included for all orders over $500. Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days and you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order has shipped. Each carpet is shipped directly from Morocco by international courier service (DHL) and estimated delivery to the U.S. is approximately 1-2 weeks.
RETURN POLICY
All purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of our small business, we cannot accept returns at this time. We want you to be truly satisfied and in love with your new rug so please feel free to contact us at info@peggymarkel.com with any questions you might have prior to placing your order.
LOSS or DAMAGE
All of our shipments require a signature at time of delivery. We are not responsible for any deliveries which can not be made due to incorrect address details. Please be sure to check your shipping details carefully and insure they are correct and someone will be available to sign for the package. In the unfortunate event that your rug is damaged during shipment please contact us to file a claim within 3 days of receiving your rug and we will work with you and our shipper to resolve the issue as fast as possible. Please photograph any damaged packages and keep all packaging materials in the event the shipper requires such evidence to process your claim.
