This gorgeous flat weave kilim was hand loomed by Beni Ourain village women for domestic use. 

These carpets are perfect to interchange with the seasons, lending themselves to fit one’s mood and make changes to uplift and bring a touch of tribal wisdom into your living space. Ideal for bringing an accent of color and intricate design to a pale palette. I went to Morocco for the first time in 2001. I was impressed with the indoor/outdoor living. Carpets were criss-crossed on the veranda where we dined that evening. A chandelier was lit in the center of the garden.
