Soon we will be sailing the islands off the Bay of Naples and the Amalfi coast again. My mouth is watering for these staple little fish. I’m having anchovy dreams. Fresh and marinated, they are delicious on toast with butter and they are so good for you! Have you ever tried them fresh? Can’t wait for S L O W sailing… sea breezes and chilled vino bianco..Falanghina, Greco, Fiano, Coda di Volpe, to name a few and cooking with my son Graham @buonanottewines June 9-16.
