Peggy’s love for Sicily came to form nearly 20 years ago and since that time, she’s given over to her addiction of all things Sicilian and has been a frequent visitor to the school. Because of the special place it holds in her heart and the good she believes that comes from truly understanding the process of food through the lens of culture, tradition, and place, she is generously offering to purchase a round-trip flight for one student interested in attending Cook the Farm in 2017.
